Dr. Brittany Henry, D.D.S.

Owner & Lead Dentist

Dr. Henry combines her love for both art and science in her practice of dentistry. She was first inspired to pursue dentistry after shadowing her uncle, a dentist, and experiencing firsthand the positive impact he had on his patients. This inspiration was further solidified when she worked in a pediatric dental office in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Dr. Henry earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University, with a major in Biology and a double minor in Chemistry and Psychology. She then went on to receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University School of Dentistry. Since then, she has pursued extensive continuing education in areas such as cutting-edge restorative, cosmetic, and preventive techniques, Invisalign/Clear Aligners, Botox/neurotoxins, and fillers.

Dr. Henry is dedicated to providing relationship-driven care, leading with love and a servant’s heart. She emphasizes excellence in every aspect of her work and believes in continuous learning and consistent personal and professional growth. Her areas of expertise include preventative dentistry, clear aligners, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, and cosmetic enhancements using Botox and fillers.

What Dr. Henry finds most rewarding about her work is seeing the transformation in her patients’ smiles — whether big or small — and making them feel comfortable throughout the process.

Outside of the office, Dr. Henry is a devoted wife and mother of two sons. She and her husband, Dr. R. Gordon Henry, D.D.S., love spending time outdoors, exploring local trails, and watching sports. In her free time, Dr. Henry enjoys needlepointing and spending time with friends. She is also an active member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.

Nicole, RDH

Registered Dental Hygienist · with Pearly White since 2011

Nicole’s passion for dental hygiene runs in the family, inspired by her grandfather, who was a dentist. She has been with Pearly White Dentistry since 2011, where she takes pride in building strong, lasting connections with her team and patients. Many of her patients have been with her from the start, and she treasures the relationships she’s developed over the years.

Nicole is dedicated to treating every patient with the care and attention she would give her own family. One of her favorite aspects of her job is using the air polisher to achieve dramatic before-and-after results on stains. She is also passionate about educating her patients on the importance of gum health and the role flossing plays in maintaining it.

Outside of work, Nicole loves spending time with her family, which includes her husband Weston, their children Owen and Olivia, and their three dogs — Raven, a black lab; Harley, a chocolate lab; and a Great Pyrenees mix named Nova. In her free time, she enjoys reading thriller and crime novels and spending quality moments with her family and pets.

Mckenzie, RDH

Registered Dental Hygienist · with Pearly White since January 2019

Mckenzie began her journey in dentistry as a dental assistant but quickly realized her passion for patient care would be best served as a dental hygienist. Since earning her Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) credentials, she has been providing excellent care at Pearly White Dentistry since January 2019.

Mckenzie finds the most fulfillment in her role by seeing significant improvements in her patients’ oral health. She’s committed to providing the best care possible, helping patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. Her favorite tools include the cavitron and air polisher, which allow her to deliver effective and gentle treatments.

Education is a key part of Mckenzie’s approach, and she’s passionate about teaching patients the importance of oral health and hygiene. Outside of work, Mckenzie enjoys spending time with her family — her husband Jon, their son Jack, and their beloved dogs. What she enjoys most about working at Pearly White Dentistry is the supportive, family-like atmosphere created by her co-workers.

Kiera, RDH

Registered Dental Hygienist · with Pearly White since August 2025

Kiera brings 18 years of experience in dental hygiene and is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health through prevention, education, and personalized care. She believes that every patient deserves to feel seen, heard, and cared for, and she takes pride in creating a comfortable environment where patients feel confident in their dental care.

Building long-term relationships with her patients is one of the most rewarding parts of her role. Kiera enjoys getting to know each patient individually and tailoring their care to their unique needs and goals. Her commitment to patient education helps empower patients to take an active role in their oral health journey.

Outside of the office, Kiera enjoys traveling, horseback riding, and exploring new coffee shops and restaurants. She is an at-home barista who loves creating coffee drinks, discovering great food, and spending time enjoying the things that inspire her outside of dentistry.

Caitlin

Practice Manager · with Pearly White since May 2026

Caitlin brings several years of experience in dental, healthcare, and administrative leadership. As Practice Manager, she helps oversee daily operations and works to ensure every patient feels welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

Originally from California, Caitlin relocated to the Birmingham area in 2024 and has enjoyed putting down roots in the community. Her background in patient care, customer service, and office management allows her to support both patients and the team with compassion and attention to detail.

Outside of the office, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her dogs and cat, reading, hiking, practicing yoga, and trying new restaurants.

Kaylee, CDA

Certified Dental Assistant · with Pearly White since 2021

Kaylee was drawn to the dental field by her desire to help others and make a difference in their lives. As a Certified Dental Assistant, she plays a crucial role in the daily operations of Pearly White Dentistry — setting up and breaking down operatories and assisting the dentist during treatments to ensure smooth and efficient procedures.

What Kaylee enjoys most about her role is giving people back their confidence through their smiles. She loves connecting with patients on a personal level, making their visits comfortable and enjoyable.

Since joining Pearly White Dentistry in 2021, Kaylee has developed strong friendships with her co-workers and takes pride in bringing her positivity and personality to the team dynamic. Her goal is to continue growing in her career, further her education, and help patients understand the importance of oral health — all while ensuring their visits are as pleasant as possible.
