What to expect
Every visit is tailored to you — but here’s what we’re all about on a first visit.
Before anything else, Dr. Henry will ask what brought you in — and what you’d like to understand about your own health. It’s a real conversation, not a form to fill out. Most practices skip this part. We don’t.
From there, we’ll do a thorough look at the full picture. GBT biofilm therapy shows you exactly where bacteria is building up before we begin cleaning — so you see what we see, before a single instrument is used. An iTero scan lets you view your teeth the way we do, and we’ll walk through what those images actually mean together.
A standard part of every new patient visit includes a set of gum measurements — a gentle, thorough process that gives us a detailed baseline of your gum health. It helps us catch early changes and track how things are doing over time. It’s one of those things that makes a real difference later, even when nothing feels wrong right now.
We’ll tell you what we see, what we recommend, and what we honestly don’t know yet. No pressure. No upselling. If there’s nothing that needs attention, we’ll say so.
If treatment makes sense, we’ll frame it around predictability and your own timeline — what’s helpful to address soon, what can wait, and how those choices interact. You’ll leave with a clear picture of where things stand.
Most importantly, you’ll never leave wondering what just happened or why. That’s a promise, not a tagline.
