Nicole’s passion for dental hygiene runs in the family, inspired by her grandfather, who was a dentist. She has been with Pearly White Dentistry since 2011, where she takes pride in building strong, lasting connections with her team and patients. Many of her patients have been with her from the start, and she treasures the relationships she’s developed over the years.

Nicole is dedicated to treating every patient with the care and attention she would give her own family. One of her favorite aspects of her job is using the air polisher to achieve dramatic before-and-after results on stains. She is also passionate about educating her patients on the importance of gum health and the role flossing plays in maintaining it.

Outside of work, Nicole loves spending time with her family, which includes her husband Weston, their children Owen and Olivia, and their three dogs—Raven, a black lab; Harley, a chocolate lab; and a Great Pyrenees mix named Nova. In her free time, she enjoys reading thriller and crime novels and spending quality moments with her family and pets.

Committed to her craft, Nicole is always looking to expand her knowledge and skills, ensuring that her patients receive the best care possible.

Mckenzie began her journey in dentistry as a dental assistant but quickly realized her passion for patient care would be best served as a dental hygienist. Since earning her Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) credentials, she has been providing excellent care at Pearly White Dentistry since January 2019.

Mckenzie finds the most fulfillment in her role by seeing significant improvements in her patients’ oral health. She’s committed to providing the best care possible, helping patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. Her favorite tools include the cavitron and air polisher, all of which allow her to deliver effective and gentle treatments.

Education is a key part of Mckenzie’s approach, and she’s passionate about teaching patients the importance of oral health and hygiene. Outside of work, Mckenzie enjoys spending time with her family—her husband Jon, their son Jack, and their beloved dogs.

What Mckenzie enjoys most about working at Pearly White Dentistry is the supportive, family-like atmosphere created by her co-workers. She contributes to the team by providing comforting, patient-centered care and supporting her colleagues wherever needed.

Her ultimate goal is to continue growing as a hygienist, constantly learning and refining her skills to deliver the best care possible to her patients.

Tessie has been in the dental field for 12 years, mostly in leadership roles, and is passionate about building a strong team and fostering lasting relationships with patients. She ensures a positive experience by getting to know patients personally, easing their dental anxiety, and making them feel like family.

Tessie finds great fulfillment in helping her team develop their skills and reach their potential, guiding them to grow both personally and professionally. She values close relationships with her team and is deeply loyal and protective of them.

Outside of work, Tessie enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending local events, reading, binge-watching shows, and hosting family game nights. She has been married to her husband Aaron for 3 years, with a daughter, Cheyenne (16), and a son, Jackson (13), but her favorite family member is their golden retriever, Arthur Fitzgerald.

Tessie joined Pearly White Dentistry in 2023 and greatly admires Dr. Brittany’s dedication to her team, patients, and family. Looking ahead, Tessie’s long-term goal is to become a dental coach and help other practices grow.

Kaylee was drawn to the dental field by her desire to help others and make a difference in their lives. As a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), she plays a crucial role in the daily operations of Pearly White Dentistry. Her responsibilities include setting up and breaking down operatories and assisting the dentist during treatments to ensure smooth and efficient procedures.

What Kaylee enjoys most about her role is giving people back their confidence through their smiles. She loves connecting with patients on a personal level, making their visits comfortable and enjoyable. Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Since joining Pearly White Dentistry in 2021, Kaylee has developed strong friendships with her co-workers and takes pride in bringing her positivity and personality to the team dynamic. Her goal is to continue growing in her career, further her education, and help patients understand the importance of oral health, all while ensuring their visits are as pleasant as possible.

Madelynn jumped into the world of dentistry in 2024 and hasn’t looked back! With a background in retail and healthcare, she quickly found her passion in patient care and has become an invaluable part of our team. She’s always smiling and loves getting to know our patients by name, making everyone feel welcome and cared for. Her positivity and warmth bring so much joy to our office, and she finds each day rewarding, knowing she’s making a difference for both patients and her team. She loves working at Pearly White Dentistry because of the strong connections she builds and the sense of accomplishment she feels every day. Outside of work, Madelynn enjoys spending time with her son, Sammy, and their playful kitten, Texas. She loves soaking up the sun at the beach, creating memories with friends and family, and embracing every moment with laughter and joy. She’s proud to be part of a team that values patient care and camaraderie, and she looks forward to making every visit a great experience for our patients!
